Analysis of difference of velocity and design of printing wheel for conical plastic cup printer

Discusses the printing technique and key points of difference of velocity at the printing contact line of the conical plastic cup printer.The formulas of difference of velocity at printing contact line between the cup and the wheel are built using a geometric method according to the modes of conical plastic cup-conical printing wheel and conical plastic cup-cylindrical printing wheel.Finally,the rules and method of design of the main structural geometrical parameters of the conical printing wheel and the cylindrical wheel are obtained.
