Catalytic hydrogenation method was used to deprive arene from the solvent naphtha. The result of catalytic arofining of 120# solvent naphtha under different operating conditions was studied with Ni - AL catalyst in 200ml hydrogenation plant. Result showed that good result was achieved at the reaction pressure of 2. 0~5.0 MPa, temperature of 140~180℃, volume ratio of hydrogen to solvent naphtha of 150~500, air speed of 1. 0~2.0h-1, and arene content in the refined solvent naphtha can be controlled under 0.1% (mass fraction).
