摘要
Objective To study the regulation of proliferation, melanogenesis and tyrosinase activity in the response of B16F murine melanoma cells to LMOP. Methods B16F murine melanoma cell was cultured in vitro,and MOP on the same concentration levels was used as control group. MTT was used to study the proliferation of B16 murine cells. The melamin was mesured by NaOH-assay, and the tyrosinase activity was detected by DOPA-oxidation. Results Compared with MOP groups on the same concentration,LMOP groups in low concentration(10~50 μmol/L) could significantly promote the proliferation, melanin content and tyrosinase activity(P0.05) while significantly inhibit the proliferation and melanogenesis in high concentration(100~200 μmol/L,P0.05). Conclusions This study suggested that liposomes can highly increase the effect of MOP to the target cells as a carrier of MOP, and this study provided the experimental foundation for the further use of LMOP to treat vitiligo clinically.
