摘要
Objective: To determine the mechanism of cell-mediated autoimmune response caused by coxsackievirus B3 on cardiac myocyte. Methods: [WT5”BZ]To set up cellular model of cell-mediated autoimmune injuring myocytes after affected by coxsackivevirus B 3 ( CVB 3) , then analyze cardiac myocyte mechanics. [WT5”HZ]Results: Cell-mediated autoimmune response by coxsackivevirus B 3 leads to cultured cardiac myocytes damage. The myocyte contractility was significantly lower in immune damaged cardiac myocytes than in normal myocytes. The decrease in contractility was more significant at 24 hours after inducing immunized white blood cells than at 12 hours. Conclusion: The cardiac myocyte contractility injured by immune response weaken.
