Current status and countermeasures for food safety detection

Based on the current status of food safety detection in China,we analyzed the main problems existed in food safety detection of China,and considered that we should enhance consumer consciousness of food safety,timely update detection facilities,perfect the detection standards of food safety,and encourage the healthy development of third- party testing organization in order to improve the problems of the food safety detection.
