Intervention Study of Antioxidation Effect in Xingnaojing Injection on Acute Alcohol Intoxication

Objective: To research the intervention effect of Xingnaojing Injection on acute alcohol intoxication.Methods:After fasting for 12h,the acute alcohol intoxication model was made by 50% alcohol for 60 min.These rats were divided randomly into the treatment group with the Xingnaojing Injection and the control group with the normal saline.The alcohol tolerance time,the drunk shorten time,the SOD level and the alcohol concentration were detected after treatment.Results:In the treatment group,the alcohol tolerance time was prolong and the drunk shorten time was shorten.Meanwhile,the oxidation degree in this group was reduced obviously.Conclusion:The Xingnaojing Injection has the protection and the antioxidation effect.
