Clinical effect of pantoprazole sodium maintenance treatment every other day dose on non-erosive reflux disease.

Objective To explore the effect of pantoprazole sodium maintenance treatment every other day dose on non-erosive reflux disease(NERD).Methods 67 patients with NERD were checked in our hospital from March 2008 to March 2010,they were randomly allocated to two groups after 2 months of foundation treatment.32 patients were treated with pantoprazole sodium maintenance treatment every other day dose,and 35 patients were treated with pantoprazole sodium maintenance treatment every day dose,the total viewing time was 4 months,RDQ scores of all patients before and after 2,4 months treatment were observed.Results RDQ scores of two groups after 2 months were smaller(P0.05),but there was no significant difference between RDQ scores of 4th month and 2nd month(P0.05),and the RDQ scores of two groups had no significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion Every other day maintenance treatment of pantoprazole 40 mg is an effective management of NERD.
