摘要
Automated detection and classification of all brain tumors on magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scans have a role to play in filling a historic gap in clinical diagnosis, middle-level medical imaging, and reliable research. The multi-layered state of tumor morphology, non-uniformity of imaging protocols, and the requirement to acquire concurrent and consistently interpretable results have rendered this a persistent problem in radiologic as well as cancer disciplines. We present a one-stop pipeline that optimally incorporates the current developments in deep learning, self-supervised learning, and standardized preprocessing techniques in this paper to come up with the accurate, robust, and generally fully grown results.Notably, the present research comprises deep learning state-of-the-art structures with self-supervised pretraining plans in an effort to more faithfully describe features in conditions where the quantity of data is either small or in scenarios where imaging is unelected. Our model strives to add high-quality, state-of-the-art preprocessing pipelines on niche platforms like MONAI and TorchIO to guarantee the standardized data processing, augmentation, and manipulation across one- or multi-dimensional datasets of MRI brain contravulsions. Such structures, in addition, ensure reproducibility and enable modular development approaches in order to ensure that researchers and clinicians can apply the pipeline to new imaging settings with a minimum of burden. Our strategy focuses on vision transformers and hybrid segmentation models that reflect the self-trained path of the neural networks that can assist in enhancing contextual comprehension and spatial awareness additions to the neural segmentation network in defining the tumor spatial region of interest accurately. These are found to be synergistic architecture together.
