Broad-spectrum rejection of emerging organic contaminants with different structures and properties from complex water matrices by a chlorine-resistant Janus nanofiltration membrane

A Janus membrane integrates a positively charged MgAl–BDC–NH 2 layer and a negatively charged MgAl–BDC layer with high-flux, anti-fouling, and broad-spectrum rejection of emerging organic contaminants owing to the Janus structure and 2D-MOFs feature.
