Solar energy -- photochemical processes available for energy conversion

Elementary discussions are given on the principles of various routes to photochemical solar energy conversion and associated efficiencies, and on basic semiconductor photoelectrochemistry. Different ways of storing solar energy as fuels and the problem of converting solar energy into electricity by photo(electro)chemicsl devices are covered.
