Photosynthetic pigments characteristics and photosynthesis abilities in Ligustrum vicaryi

Taking Ligustrum lucidum as CK,the photosynthetic pigments characterritics and photosynthesis abilities in L.vicaryi were studied.The results showed that every kind of pigment contents in leaves of L.vicaryi were obviously lower than those of CK,but the relative content of carotenoid was obviously higher than that of CK,and ratio of chlorophyll a content to chlorophyll b content was significant higher.In the experiment of separate photosynthetic pigments which exposed to the sun light,the stability to light in L.vicaryi′s chlorophyll-a was lower than that of CK,but the stability of chlorophyll-b and carotenoid was much higher than that of CK.The photosynthesis meter determination result indicated that the net photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance in L.vicaryi were higher than those in L.lucidum,while the internal CO2 consistency and transpiration rate in L.vicaryi were all lower than those in L.lucidum.Based on comprehensively analysis of the experimental data,lots of questions which had in-deep research value were suggested.
