Virtual Museum Information Visualization System Based on Unity3D

Information visualization can help us deepen the understanding of the relationship between massive complicated data and information, the three-dimensional technology has brought new ideas to the field of information visualization. Based on the visual requirements of browsing three-dimensional exhibition hall of virtual museum of Hangzhou arts and crafts museum and browsing knowledge information of collections, an information visualization system of collection was designed and implemented in this paper. The system based on Unity3D development platform,designed and implemented the corresponding 3D visual components according to the collection information visual requirements of Hangzhou arts and crafts museum, implemented the functional requirements of high-speed and convenient browsing three-dimensional visual information of the museum through Web3D client technology.
