Relationship Between Insulin Resistance and Nonalcoholic Fat Liver Disease

Insulin resistance (IR) is an independently risk factor in many diseases.It plays an important role in the occurrence and development of nonalcoholic fat liver disease (NAFLD).In recent years,more and more people realized the intimate relations be- tween IR and NAFLD.The research is more about the effect of Leptin and leptin resistance on the relations between insulin resistance and nonalcoholic fat liver.This paper mainly introduced the genesis mechanism of insulin resistance and nonalcoholic fat liver disease as well as the catalysis of leptin and leptin resistance in it.
