Research on Coronary blood stasis syndrome and TAT and TM

Objective:To study the expressions of thrombin-antithrombin complex and thrombomodulin in coronary disease of blood stasis syndrome.Methods:ELISA assay was used to test TM and TAT levels of blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease,coronary heart disease of non-blood stasis syndrome and healthy individuals.Results:TAT levels of the blood stasis syndrome group and non-blood stasis syndrome group were higher than that of the healthy group,the difference was significant(P0.01 or P0.05),there was no significant difference between blood stasis syndrome group and non-blood stasis syndrome group(P0.05).Level of TM of blood stasis syndrome group was higher than the non-blood stasis syndrome group as well as health group and the difference was significant(P0.01 or P0.05),non-blood stasis syndrome group had significant difference compared with healthy group(P 0.01).Conclusion:It is proved that coronary heart disease of blood stasis syndrome has hypercoagulability and vascular endothelial damage.
