Analysis of the mass transfer model and kinetics of pectin solution in ultrafiltration process

The mass transfer characteristics of ultrafiltration in pectin effluent were studied.The mass transfer models,including the relationship between the flux(Jv) and the pressure difference(Δp),the concentration of membrane surface(Cm) and Δp,were formed.The resistances from membrane and from concentration polarization were obtained.At the same time kinetics analysis in the ultrafiltration process was studied.
