Research Progress of Mold and Mycotoxin in Rice

Mold is the main cause to make grains wet and moldy. The common molds in rice and several varieties of mycotoxin produced by common molds were reviewed at first. Then,several test methods for testing mycotoxin were compared to each other and the optimum conditions for producing mycotoxin of mold were discussed. In the end,the effective measures to prevent rice mold were promoted.
