Waterborne perfluorinated polyurethane water-and oil-repellent agent(WFPU) was prepared with isophorone isocyanate(IPDI),1,4-pinacone(1,4-BDO) and perfluorinenol(FOL) as raw materials,N-isopropyl diethanolamine(MDEA) as a chain extender and dibutyltin dilaurate(DBTDL) as an initiator.Influences of WFPU dosage, crosslinking agent dosage, curing temperature and time on water and oil repellent properties of cotton fabric were discussed. Results showed that, the optimum application process was WFPU 10 g/L,crosslinking agent 20%,curing at 160 ℃ for 150 seconds, cotton fabric treated with above process had excellent water and oil repellent properties with water contact angle up to 138° and oil contact angle up to 120°,as well as good durability.
