The Myocardial Protection Effect of Micro-flow Perfusion with Hypothermic Blood Solution on Warm Ischemic Pig Heart Graft

Objective To investingate the myocardial protection effect of micro-flow perfusion with hypothermic blood solution on warm ischemic pig heart graft,and find the useful way of myocardial protection in heart transplantation.Methods 24 isolated pig hearts were randomly divided into two groups:the micro-flow perfusion group(n=12,micro-flow perfusion with 4℃ blood solution for 8 hours);the control group(n=12,static cold preservation in 4℃ solution for 8 hours).Observed the resuscitation of hearts,measured the hemodynamics:the heart rats,the mean arterial pressure and the cardiac output;detect the myocardial protein(cTnT,Mb).Results The resuscitation and the hemodynamics of hearts in the micro-flow perfusion group were better than the control group.The myocardial protein(cTnT,Mb)in the control group were significantly higher than the micro-flow perfusion group(P0.05).Conclusion The micro-flow perfusion with hypothermic blood cardioplegia solution has a good myocardial protection effect of warm ischemic pig heart graft.
