Study on diatomite/PVC-wood composite decoration technolgies

By comparing the dry speed,rigidity,flexility,adhesion features,we determine the formula in which the primer coating and stripe coating are mainly composed of thermoplastic acrylic resin.The influence of prepolymer and monomer on the cohesive force,resistency and other properties of UV are studied to obtain the opticmal formula: the UV varnish coating is made from polyurethane 6154B-80 and 6170 as prepolymer,HDDA and TMPTA as monomer.
