In this paper,a novel biosensor for detecting organophosphorus has been prepared.First, zirconium dioxide was electrodeposited onto the cleaned surface of gold electrode.Second, acetylcholinesterase was immobilized on these zirconium nanoparticles by adsorption. Then, the concentration of organophosphorus solution could be determined after putting the electrode into organophosphorus solution at different concentrations.Taking paraoxon as an example, the response character of the biosensor has been investigated. The proposed biosensor in optimal conditions has a linear range of 5.0×10-7~5.5×10-4 g/L for paraoxon detection, and its detection limit is 1.0×10-7 g/L.The process for preparation of the biosensor is simple and convenient. Moreover, the proposed biosensor has advantages in high sensitivity, low non-specific absorption and regenerability.
