摘要
High tap-density spherical precursor Ni0.6Co0.2Mn0.2(OH)2 was synthesized by chemistry co-precipitation method as raw material,which was then blended with Li2CO3and incinerated,and gained the LiNi0.6Co0.2Mn0.2O2with high tap-density.The influence of different synthesizing conditions on the materials characteristic was investigated.The product synthesized with best condition has tap-density of D≥2.5 g/cm3,and middle particle of D50≈10μm.The X-ray diffraction(XRD) indicates that the material can be indexed by a hexagonalα-NaFeO2layer structure.The scanning electron microscope(SEM) indicates that the material has favorable spherical pattern.The initial discharge specific capacity is 172.1 mAh/g at 2.75-4.30 V,and the rate of the charge-discharge is 90.1% for the first time.Up to 10 cycles,the discharge specific capacity is 171.3 mAh/g,and the rate of the charge-discharge is 99.7%.
