The Empirical Research on the Relationship between Resource Acquisition and Dynamic Capability of Technology-Based Entrepreneurial Firm

Resource-Based Theory believes that resources are the basis of the development for the firm while Capabil-ity Theory argues that capabilities are the key to the firms' development. The relation between resource and capability has been the focus of theoretical research. On the basis of literature review, hypotheses are developed and then they are tested by using empirical study. After that, the results are discussed and finally limitation and suggestions for fu-ture research are discussed.
