New multi criteria decision making approach based on ANP and fuzzy integral with its application

In traditional MCDM it is assumed that all the criteria are independent mutually.However in practice interactions often exist between some criteria.Therefore the traditional MCDM doesn't stand in this situation.Hence,we introduce the concept of fuzzy measures which can describe the interactions between criteria effectively.At the same time,we develop a new algorithm for the calculating of fuzzy measures by the integration of ANP and Influence Matrix.Then Choquet integral is used for the aggregation of criteria.Finally the proposed method is applied in a example of navy submarine demonstration for its validation.
