Research on Embedded Filament Tension Control System of Numerical Controlled Winding Machine

An embedded filament tension control system of winding machine based on online tension control is designed in terms of system requirements.Tension controller is embedded in the real-time kernel of CNC system.By virtue of multi-axis movement control technology,the method of elimination is applied to transform the unknown quantity into a known quantity,thus the precision of tension control in filament winding is improved.
