摘要
Perforated Carbon Nanotube Films In article number 2300766, Run Shi, Kai Liu, and co-workers report a large-scale growth of uniform monolayer MoS2 by evenly distributing gas flows of precursors through a perforated carbon nanotube film. The as-grown monolayer MoS2 shows quite good uniformity in geometry, density, structure, and electrical properties.
