摘要
Electrospinning approach was used to fabricate dense continuous sulfonated poly (ether ether ketone) (SPEEK) nanofiber mat (SPNs) then impregnation with SPEEK solution to construct pore filled composite membranes (SPNCs) for proton exchange membranes fuel cells (PEMFC). The suitable control of voltage; viscosity (solution concentration), flow rate and collector distance are essential for shape of liquid (Taylor cone structure) and jet formation at the nozzle tip that leads to uniform dense fiber structure around 200 nm of fiber diameter without beads formation. The embedded SPNs nanofibers are well dispersed in SPEEK matrix that improved the morphological, structural, mechanical, proton conductivity and cell performance properties of SPNCs indicated that SPNCs membranes are potential materials for PEMFC.
