Investigating the properties of l-lysine dendrimers through physico-chemical characterisation techniques and atomistic molecular dynamics simulations

Poly( l -lysine) dendrimers up to generation 6 have been analysed by SEC, Taylor dispersion analysis and atomistic molecular dynamics simulations to determine their properties, in what could be considered an understudied dendrimer series.
