摘要
Asymmetric hydrogenation (AH) continues to be one of the most active research areas of asymmetric catalysis. This chapter describes the main results on AH of unsaturated substrates published in the primary literature during the period 2010–2020. Due to the enormous number of articles, the text is not comprehensive and limited to 290 references. The results discussed correspond to those transition metal-based catalytic systems that are the most enantioselective or show the widest substrate scope. The information has been organized firstly by substrate class (functionalized alkenes, unfunctionalized alkenes, ketones, and imines) and then mostly by the transition metal of the catalyst.
