Study on the Screening Carbon Source and Nitrogen Source of Liquid Culture of Agrocybe cylindracea

The liquid culture of Agrocybe cylindracea can get a large number of mycelia and fermentation products in a short time.The rare and precious edible fungi,Agrocybe cylindracea,was selected as research material to study on screening carbon source and nitrogen source.The results showed that glucose was the best carbon source,peptone was the best nitrogen source.
