THE PROTECTIVE EFFECTS OF CHLOROQUINE PHOSPHATE ON INJURED MYOCARDIAL CELL MEMBRANE.

In order to investigate the effects of PLA 2,LPS on myocardial membrane and the protective effects of CQP,the incubated myocardial cell in vitro were used.The experimental results indicated that myocardial cells incubated with LPS,PLA 2,myocardial membrane lipid peroxide was significantly increased,the membrane fluidity was lowered,the membrane permeability was strongly increased.Myocardial cells incubated with LPS,the PLA 2 activity significantly elevated,lipid peroxide injury was heavy,membrane permibility was increased,the membrane fluidity was lowered.The experiment showed:CQP can reduce lipid peroxida injury of myocardial cell membrane,can inhibit PLA 2 activity,CQP may improve the cell membrane fluidity,may prevent the damage of cell membrane,reduce the impairment of myocardial cell.
