Contents of Total Gypenosides from Gynostemma pentaphyllum with Different Pre-treatments

Ultrasonic extraction was used to extract the gypenosides from fresh leaves sample(F), fixed sample(X),baked sample(B), air-dried sample(A) and dry tea sample(D) of Gynostemma pentaphyllum. The results showed that the content of total gypenosides was XBFAD. It maybe that gypenosides decompounding level depends on glycosidase deactivation level. It would be paid attention to in production and experiment study.
