Compound of Sweeteners and Comparison with Single Sweet Compounds

The Compound of sweeteners with two or more synthetic sweetness and flavor improving agent by spray-drying method compare with single sweetener saccharinsodium,to investigate its sweet characteristics of the compound of sweeteners and single sweetener.The results showed that the compound of sweeteners with saccharim,thaumatin,neotame combination,sodium saccharin,neotame,aspartame,ethyl maltol is the best,which has more sweetness intensity,longest duration of sweetness and better-tasting than single sweetener.
