Servo Control System Based on Image Recognition and OPC

The servo control system is based on PLC of Rockwell Controllogix5550,in which servo driver module and servo motor can control the movement of experiment board.Through the technology of image recognition the information of movement is collected.Communication between VC and PLC is established by OPC.The closed loop control system can precisely control the position and velocity of experiment board in time.The servo control system can make students understand the structure and application of modern servo control system.The paper mainly discussed the establishment of servo control system based on image recognition and OPC and used an example of precise control of the ball on the experiment board to illustrate the significance of the system.
