The Method of Extracting Konjac Alkaloid

Different pre-treatments are used to extract the total konjac alkaloid and the weight method is used to test the alkaloid content.The results show that the total alkaloid in konjac powder is 0.496 percent;konjac juice 0.152 percent of total alkaloid;the total in alkaloid konjac residue in the alkaloid is too little to be weighed.
