Effects on Elaborate Etching of Printed Circuit Board

In order to study the elaborate etching of Printed circuit board (PCB), etching process is preliminary estimated. The static etching behaviors of PCB have been investigated in acidic CuCl_2 solution with the influence of several factors on etching rates. A brief explanation is offered when the relationship between etching rate and etching time are studied. Additionally, it indicates that ions affect the etching rate in some degreed as the effects of different chlorides on etching rates have been discussed.
