Preparation of selenide glycyrrhiza polysaccharides

According to the synthesis principle of organic selenium compound and taking the glycyrrhiza polysaccharides as the raw material,the selenide glycyrrhiza polysaccharides was prepared with selenious acid.The result shows that the yield of selenide glycyrrhiza polysaccharides is over 27% under the following optimal conditions: reaction temperature 60 ℃,and 8 h,the mass ratio of glycyrrhiza polysaccharides to selenious acid 1 ∶1,the mass of catalyst BaCl2 1.0 g.The selenide glycyrrhiza polysaccharides contains Se=O and Se—C through the infrared spectrum.The selenium mass fraction in glycyrrhiza polysaccharides was determined to be 6.59 mg/g by atomic emission spectrometer.
