REFORMATION OF ETHYLBENZENE/STYRENE RECTIFICATION COLUMN

A new kind of high efficiency packingimpulsed structured packing was successfully used in reformation of Ethylbenzene/Styrene rectification column in SINOPEC MPCC. The content of styrene at column top was reduced from 5% to less than 1%, and the content of ethylbenzene was less than 500×10-6. The purity of styrene at column bottom was up to 99.9% or much higher.
