The value of HRV in patients with CHD and CHD complicated with mellitus diabetic

Objective To compare the value of heart rate variability( HRV) in patients with CHD and CHD complicated with mellitus diabetic.Methods 98 cases examined the dynamic electrocardiogram in the Central Hospital of Chengde City from May 2012 to Nov.2013.They were divided into CHD group and CHD complicated with mellitus diabetic group,each group included 49 cases.The heart rate variability was detected with time domain and frequency domain.Results r MSSD with time domain was lower in CHD complicated with mellitus diabetic group than that in CHD group.Conclusion The automatic dysfunction is more severe in patients with CHD complicated with mellitus diabetic than that with CHD only.
