摘要
The effects of MgO-CaO-SiO2system,TiO2and firing temperature of the density and hardness on the properties of 95 alumina ceramic were investigated by orthogonal experiments,X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and video optic microscopy analysis. The results show that with sintering additives of 5% MgO-CaO-SiO2and 1% TiO2,it can realize the same effect as the molded 95 alumina ceramic samples which are sintered at 1520 ℃ under normal pressure,with the water absorption of 0. 07%,bulk density of 3. 64 g / cm3and the rockwell hardness of 90. It lowers sintering temperature by 150 ℃compared with other normal sintering methods for the preparation of 95 alumina ceramics.
