Study on Preparation of High Grade Zinc from Zinc Hydrometallurgy System

In order to solve the problem of mercury-zinc raw material sources,based on the zinc hydrometallurgy,it developed a new technology of deep purification of zinc sulfate solution,and by the new process that using once diaphragm electrowinning,it got high grade zinc. The research results showed that the production of the new process of zinc products reached the 99. 998% standard of high grade zinc and the realization of 5N high purity zinc by once electrowinning is possible.
