摘要
The(R)-3-aminotetrahydrofuran was synthesized using(S)-3-hydroxyltetrahydrofuran by acylation with 4-methylbenzensulfonyl Chloride,substitution with NaN3 and reduction with Zn/NH4Cl.The result showed that it obtained the higher yield of amine reducted the organic azide with the Zn/NH4Cl.All compounds were confirmed by the methods of IR,HNMR and MS.This method was more economical compared with the reported methods.
