Abstract The integration of the real and the digital – particularly gaming engines – offers architects and designers the opportunity to develop narrative environments that can be predicated on speculative fiction. Such spaces, landscapes and buildings explore magical panoramas created not just by human ingenuity, but also by machine and nonhuman intelligence.
