摘要
Spin coating is a familiar and simple method to change the surface modification and improve the surface properties of material. Recently considered the emerging and accepted versatile technique for the preparation of nonomaterials. In this chapter we discussed the basic mechanism of spin coating and various stages included in spin coating technique. The spin preparative parameters like speed, acceleration and ambient are explained in details. The preparations of different nanomaterials in the form of thin films for metal oxide, composites with various applications are discussed. Further explained the advantages spin coating method and commercial uses for industry application.
