摘要
A series of transparent (3-x) Sr3Al2O6-xSm2O3 amorphous spheres were well fabricated using an aerodynamic levitation furnace with an x-value ranging from 0 to 0.065. In the visible light region, the maximum transmittance was approximately 80% for x = 0, 82% for x = 0.025 and 85% for x = 0.055. The excitation peak located at 405 nm was the strongest. The maximum intensity of the photoluminescence spectra appeared at 0.045. The chromatic coordinates of the CIE were all in the orange region.
