Safety Issues Concerning Installation of Welding Robots

Abstract The aim of this research is to summarize the safety measures related to the application of welding robots, as well as to apply them in the ÓE-Cloos Robot Welding Laboratory of Bánki Faculty at Óbuda University. This article describes the safety requirements for welding robot systems, the requirements for commissioning and safe operation. The concluding part of the dissertation presents the preparation and implementation of the installation of a new robot cell in the laboratory.
