96 patients (84%). Median surgical time was 142 min and median BL was 200 cc. Intraoperative complication occurred in 10% of patients (10/114). Any grade postoperative complications occurred in 30% of patients (18/59). CD I and II complications were recorded for 27% of patients (31/114; PN vs RN, 31% vs 11%, respectively). One patient (1%) experienced CD IIIb complication (bleeding from renal parenchyma pseudoaneurysm submitted to embolization). No CD IV or V complications were recorded. Median HS was 6 days (IQR 5-8). At a median follow-up of 56 months, eGFR was 70 and 59 mL/min for PN and RN group, respectively. Median absolute and relative decline in eGFR were -23 mL/min and -23% for PN group and -35 mL/min and -39.5% for RN group, respectively.
