The structure of anthracite and bituminous coal and the design of cleaning agent in coal combustion

The main basic units of coal structure had been studied by FTIR,13C NMR,X-ray fluorescence spectra and other analytic methods.The experimental results show that anthracite contains more benzenoid polycircles and less carbon branch chains than bituminous coal.It is also found that there probably exists C—O—Si—O—C structure in the three-dimensional carbon skeleton structure of the anthracite.The cleaning agent was designed.The cleaning agent,anthracite and bituminous coal were mixed together,and compressed to coal briguette for the kiln use.The results indicate that burning point decreases,burning velocity increases obviously and burning efficiency increases 20% than before.Furthermore,not only the efficiency in removing smoke and dust was improved and reached the country standard,the concentration of hazardous sulphur dioxide was also decreased by about 48%.
