Treatment and Analysis for 32 Cases of Diastolic Heart Failure

Objective Investigate the clinical characteristics and treatment method of diastolic dysfunction.Methods To Process retrospective analyses by reviewing therapy for 32 patients,whose clinical manifestations are mainly diastolic dysfunction.Results All patients' heart failure had been cured and their heart function had also been improved after one weeks' active and effective treatment.Conclusion Improving blood supply and oxygen delivery for cardiac muscle,decreasing its oxygen consumption,reducing and reversing cardiac hypertrophy with remodeling,plus increasing cardiac compliance for left ventricle,all of above methods can actively prevent and correct heart failure caused by diastolic dysfunction.
