ON THE BACKGROUND TO THE CONCEPT OF REGIONAL CULTURAL SOFT POWER

If the concept of national cultural soft power has been slightly influenced by American academic ideology,then the concept of regional cultural soft power is entirely produced in the Chinese context.It is proposed not only in the course of China's local governments implementing the strategy of strengthening their cultural construction but also in the course of China's in-depth academic study of the regional cultural soft power.
