The separation and purification were carried out on aerobic cellulose decomposition strains group in natural cow compost,and 2 mildew were screened,combined with the original compound microorganism strains of laboratory(The silicate bacterium,azotobacter,organic phosphorus bacterium,microzyme),the 4 combinations were designed,and the experiment of cow dung compost was carried out,meanwhile tracking determined the temperature,thick fibre and cellulose enzymatic activity in the process of compost.The results showed that the compound microorganism of combination 4 which were consisted of aerobic cellulose decomposition strains group and the original compound microorganism strains of laboratory could increase the temperature of compost,and advance the arrival of megathermal period,and accelerate the organic decomposition in compost and accelerate compost process.
